Baptism
"We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life." Romans 6:4
If you are one of the blessed ladies who has made that important decision to put on Christ in baptism, you understand the meaning of this verse. When you step out of the water, you feel new, fresh, and you are filled with the Holy Spirit. Your life has new meaning. You have been resurrected. We have taken off the old and put on the new. You have made the choice to not only believe, but to act upon that faith and show that your slavation depends on your burial and resurrection. How can one be resurrected if you have not yet died? Christ has given us this wonderful opportunity through baptism.
