Southern Gospel
I grew up listening to old country music and some of that included old southern gospel music so I wasn't suprised shen my mother brought me this list of southern gospel music lyrics that had been given to her.
Think about these lyrics to various songs and realize how much we depend on God and how much we need the church. Whenever we feel discouraged , remember that Christ established the church for a reason- to be our support. Lean on the Father. Lean on Christ. Lean on the Spirit and lean on the church.

He is the answer just waitin for a prayer.
Deep in the valley is higher ground.
The silver went to Judas. His body went to Joseph. His mother went to his disciple. His supper went to his followers and his gospel went to the world.
Stand still and let God move- standing still is hard to do- when you feel that you've reached the end- stand still and He'll make a way for you!
He never offered victory without fighting- but he said help would always come in time.
May God bless your week. Margie
